Men – are you tired of the pandemic and ready to recharge and meet some friends? It has been a crazy year, but there is new hope! YOU are cordially invited to attend our annual St. Thomas a’Becket Men’s Retreat at the St. Paul of the Cross Retreat Center on the weekend of Sept. 24-26. The retreat is extremely relaxing, spiritually refreshing and a great chance to meet other men of the parish and other parishes for fellowship. Once again this year the Retreat Center is taking every precaution with strict protocols to sanitize the facilities and be operationally safe. You just might come away with an answer to a current challenge, a better balance of your priorities, or even a whole new positive attitude on life. Or maybe you could just use a little peace and quiet R&R in a wonderful facility with private rooms, showers, and beautiful landscaped grounds.
The retreat cost is based on donation only with a suggested amount way below market price for 2 nights in a hotel and includes 3 square meals a day. The retreat starts with dinner on Friday night and runs to about noon on Sunday. Please call Dennis O’Beirne at (734) 223-3336, or Manny Colon at (734) 812-1402 if you are interested.
This year’s retreat theme is “Bouncing Back: Living in Hope”. All are very welcome, especially if you have not attended in the past!
