Calling all married couples to join in fellowship to grow in Christ together. Starting the second Saturday of each month (beginning on October 12th), we will meet in the Adult Faith Formation Room at 5:30 PM for a potluck dinner (after Saturday Mass) and discussion. 

All families are welcome; there will be older siblings to watch younger children next door as the parents can learn and talk about topics every couple goes through. The goal is to build a closer relationship with God at the center. This is not a retreat, but a set time to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life to focus on marriage. 

My name is Angela Attard, I am the wife of Tony Attard (Director of Faith Formation and Youth Ministry). Together, Tony and I contributed to building a successful Marriage group at another parish seventeen years ago and wanted to bring this experience to St. Thomas. Proverbs 22:6 states that “The Family who Prays Together Stays Together.” 

This monthly in-person meeting will strengthen going to church on a weekly basis as a couple as you concentrate on prayer, communication, sacrifice and love towards each other to bring a more fulfilling relationship. What we have found is by sharing experiences with others, our point of view can change as we grow in faith and deeper in love.
