Forms have been emailed to all parish group heads and committee leaders who have used our facilities in the past year for meetings and special events, so keep an eye out for them (check your junk mail,too). Please use the new forms to tell us what your anticipated needs are for room usage in the coming church calendar year (Sept. 2023 - Aug. 2024).
If your group or committee leader does not receive an email with all the needed forms attached by the end of this month, please contact Grace Pellerito in the parish office or email: [email protected] Completed request forms should be returned to Grace in the office by August 14th.
