Every Spring, the parish hosts a Mom to Mom sale at St. Thomas a'Becket. Email email@example.com if you would like to be notified when the 2015 sale date is set.
The sale opens promptly at 9:00 AM. A line usually forms prior to that.
Because of the extreme crowds, we ask people not to bring strollers into the sale until after 10:00 AM. Strollers take up a lot of room, especially in the large item area. This does not mean that strollers will not be sold until after 10:00 AM. You can purchase a stroller from the large item room as soon as the sale opens.
You must complete and return a contract form to the Parish Office with your rental payment to secure space. Tables are $15 for registered a'Becket parishioners, $20 for non-parishioners. Rack space is available with table rental only and is $5 per rack length. Racks are provided by the renter. Oversized or double racks will be charged extra.
Table renters pay 10% of each item sold, but do not pay to place items or the large item area. Non-table renters can place items for sale in the Large Item Area for a one time fee ($5 for 1-3 items, $10 for 4+ items) plus 10% of the sale price of each item sold. All items in the sale must meet the Consumer Product Safety Commission guidelines. Recalled items may not be sold. Car seats older than six years may not be sold. You must sign and return the CPSC form.
Pre-sale for table renters takes place from 7:30 - 8:45 AM. During this time, you will be allowed to shop each other's tables. After 8:45 AM, you should be at your own table ready to sell items to the public.
