BOOK CLUB

Book Club - October 2010

The St. Thomas a'Becket book club encourages the monthly reading and discussion of thought-provoking books. Book selections are not limited to Catholic topics; books are chosen based on the interest of the participants. All are welcome to participate.

Our book club is on hiatus for the summer. Check back in the fall for the next meeting date and book selection!

  • The Red Tent by Anita Diamant
  • 90 Minutes in Heaven by Don Piper and Cecil Murphey
  • Heaven is for Real by Todd Burpo and Lynn Vincent
  • Disappointment with God by Phillip Yancey
  • Abide with Me by Elizabeth Stout
  • The Water Will Hold You: A Skeptic Learns to Pray by Lindsey Crittenden
  • Sarah: Women of Genesis by Orson Scott Card
  • How to Believe in God (Whether You Believe in Religion or Not) by Clark Strand
  • My Life with the Saints by James Martin
